After school clubs

Our after-school clubs provide a safe and welcoming environment where children can relax, have fun, and enjoy a range of engaging activities after the school day.

At Lift Four Dwellings Primary, we take great pride in offering outstanding learning and enrichment opportunities throughout the school day.

This includes a wide range of after-school clubs that allow children to further explore, learn, and grow. We provide a variety of after-school clubs for our pupils, to find out more click here.

All after school provision is provided free of charge to our families and is subsidised with Pupil Premium funding.

Targeted clubs
We run targeted clubs that invite specific children to take part, including Homework Club, Phonics, and Times Tables Rock Stars.
Sports Clubs
Our sports clubs offer a wide range of activities led by our in-house sports coach as well as a qualified coach from Central Coaching. Children can enjoy sports such as dodgeball, multi-sports, and team games — including football, basketball, and cricket — for girls, boys, and mixed teams.
Alternative clubs
We also offer a variety of alternative clubs, including French, Arts and Crafts, Reading for Pleasure, and Drama. In addition, our school library is open every Thursday for children and families to visit and enjoy together.
Collection

Please collect your child from the designated after-school club pick-up point, which will be shared with you via our Class Dojo platform. The school gates will open at 4:15 pm for collection. We kindly ask that all children are picked up promptly.

Cancellations

Children are expected to attend the clubs they have signed up for each week. If you need to cancel a session, please inform the school by 2:00 pm on the day.

Behaviour and safety

We expect all children to follow the school’s behaviour expectations while attending after-school clubs. Continuous unsafe or unkind behaviour may result in a review of the child’s place at the club. For more information or to book a session, please contact the school office.

Healthy snacks

Children are provided with a healthy snack and a drink during each session. Please note that most schools follow a ‘no juice’ policy in line with healthy eating guidance.
